Judy is excellent. My husband recently had a heart attack; which rocked our world. With that being said, I went on a mission to find a highly educated nutritionist to help us navigate a heart healthy eating style. We met Judy three times over video calls. She was always on time, happy, helpful, a good listener and her follow through is excellent. After each call she would send us documents and recipes within the hour, as promised. 5 STAR!

I was referred to Judy through my OBGYN. I was concerned about my weight gain from my last two pregnancies and didn't want to go down the same path. Once I met and spoke to Judy, I liked her style, tone, patience, and overall understanding of what I was going through. I'm glad she was on the same level as going into these types of calls you never know what type of person you are going to get or how much push you'll feel from them. I was nervous but realized she was there to help not hurt or discourage me. She's there to encourage me and start with small changes. During our sessions its all about what I'm feeling, what I think and how I am dealing or working through my eating habits. If I'm feeling dissatisfied in one way, she'll come back with another way or outlook on how to reach my goals. She isn't giving me this cookie cutter advice. She's adapting to what my needs are which is refreshing. I'm so happy I met with her because I definitely have a different outlook on food and nutrition that I didn't really want to believe existed. Food isn't the enemy and fueling your body is ok. Carbs are OK! Listening to what your body needs is OK. Splurging is OK. I'm now close to the end of my pregnancy and I've gained less than half of what I did the last two times which is amazing to me. I'm finally starting to gain confidence and understanding of what I put into my body and how to deal with the off days. I'm slowly changing habits and I'm grateful for having been able to work with her.
